Allooi 800 Nikkel Allooi Buise. Allooi 800 is 'n nikkel-chroom-yster allooi met goeie weerstand teen oksidasie, behou sy sterkte by verhoogde temperature, het goeie verwerkbaarheid en sweiseienskappe. Superieur aan ALLOY 600 in weerstand teen swael, groenvrot en sianiedsoute, minderwaardig in weerstand teen nitrering, halogeengasse en gesmelte bytmiddels. Uitstekende korrosiebestandheid kan verwag word onder oksiderende toestande wat die skadelikste is vir gewone staal en nie-ysterhoudende metale, goeie weerstand kan ook verwag word in baie organiese sure en hul verbindings. Beperkte weerstand kan verwag word onder reduserende suurtoestande. Toepassings in calrod-eenhede, oonddempers en hitteruilers.
