In die oplossing-gegloeide toestand het Super Dupleks UNS S32750 – 1.4410 'n gebalanseerde austenitiese ferritiese mikrostruktuur, is meganies hoogs bestand en toon uitstekende korrosiebestandheid in seewater. As gevolg van sy hoë weerstand, kan gewig en dus materiaalkoste bespaar word in vergelyking met ander eienskappe. Hierdie materiaalgraad is veral geskik vir toepassings in die olie- en gasbedryf, in ontsoutingsaanlegte, in die chemiese industrie sowel as vir geotermiese toepassings.
